Projects located further out from our offices will incur a $25 or $50 trip surcharge for every on-site visit (initial consultations, hourly consultations, project meetings, etc.). We decided a flat rate is better than an hourly drive rate charged by many design firms. Most city projects will not incur any charges so, please look at the map below for details.
