This Chicago Lake View neighborhood professor loved the idea of having a living room with a modern flare and clean lines. To accommodate his tastes, we came up with a furniture plan that featured sleek, modern furniture that was still warm and inviting.

Sleek, Modern Furniture

A sexy, sumptuous modern sofa is pulled from a gallery wall of 16 framed botanical prints. The bench makes great informal seating, while matching Wassily Chairs glisten in the natural light that pours into the two story space.

The View From Above

In the corner is a cozy reading chair with adjustable lighting that begs to be sat in while the roaring fire warms the space. This space has been featured in a promotional pamphlet from Chicago Art Source and Apartment Therapy.
