Modern Chicago Bathroom

Transitional La Grange Bathroom

This South Loop Chicago family of four transformed the kids’ bathroom from an early 2000’s earth-toned expression of “meh” to a fresh space inspired by the Pop Art of Lichtenstein. Because the bathroom was both fun for the kids and grown-up enough for guests to use, the entire family can enjoy the space for many years to come. High Rise living with a family applies pressures to maximize the unique details and performance of design. The remaining elements of the condominium expressed mid-century modern and sleek, European inspired contemporary design. This modern Chicago bathroom combined those inspiring elements with a fun and fresh spin.

Bold Tile

For this bathroom we installed a floating vanity that has bold patterns and textures. To really make a statement, the wall is covered in dark penny tiles with a large round mirror and floating yellow shelves.

Details Matter

Kathryn (our lead designer) is proud of the finished bathroom. The details with any project matter, which is why we even continued the black and yellow color scheme into the nook within the shower.
